PACKBLOC - Integrated system of packaging and palletising

The PACKBLOC integrated system is an innovative end-of-line packaging solution devised by SMI that gathers in a single plant the operations of secondary packaging and palletising.

The standard configuration of a Packbloc includes:

• a wrap-around casepacker or a film shrinkwrapper, optionally equipped with the new “Easy-Load” device to automatically load the cardboard blank magazine;
• an APS ERGON palletizer, featuring the innovative “3 in 1” system based on the SCARA technology and optionally equipped with the “Easy-Round” integrated pallet wrapper.

This end-of-line packaging solutions completely eliminates the connecting conveyors between the two machines and allows users to save on the initial investment and line-end running and maintenance costs.
